  3. Certificate of incorporation
  4. Unique identification number
  5. Valid debt clearance certification from the competent tax authorities
  6. Attestation of localization and sketch map from competent tax authorities
  7. Decree appointing General Manager for parastatals
  8. Accreditation or license for companies engaged in an activity subject to such formality
  9. Photocopy of National Identity Cards of Authorized signatory
  10. Minimum deposit: 200 000 FCFA
